Sending my condolences to Paul's family during this sad time. I served with Paul at NBC Portsmouth when he was the Deputy Base Supply Officer and it was a period I'll never forget. Paul was a supreme professional and a great guy to work for but I'll always remember the personal support he gave me during a difficult time in my life. Rest in peace Paul.
